The validity period of the electronic visa for entry has also been extended from 30 days to 3 months. 80 other countries, including the United States, currently qualify for entry into this country using the electronic visa. Starting from August 15th, the electronic visa will also allow multiple entries into Vietnam, instead of the current system where each electronic visa is only valid for a single entry. This will allow travelers to come and go as they please, traveling to and from Vietnam as part of a longer Asian trip.
